We also have a department that specializes in remodeling and additions to residential homes and commercial properties. 

FairFax was established over thirty years ago with an emphasis on custom home building and a determination to build the best quality for the money anywhere. FairFax is a Knoxville based construction company that has built over 500 homes and completed over 250 remodeling projects throughout East Tennessee. We build all price ranges and sizes of new homes from 1000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. FairFax specializes in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, but we'll work on any room and have performed several whole house remodels and additions.

> Fairfax built an addition onto our house about five years ago for a new master bath and walk-in closet. In addition two other bathrooms were remodeled, along with several other smaller projects to address deferred maintenance at our home. We were so happy with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, level of customer service that we hired FairFax  again to oversee repairs needed due to a horrific hail storm about a year later. Now we are about to start on a kitchen remodel, and FairFax is at the top of the list. Owner, Tim Neal and project manager, Gordon Reynolds, are some of the best in the business!
