> I've waited over 7 months to post this review to give Countywide Landscape time to address our concerns and to see if the yard "comes in in the spring wonderfully" as they claimed it would. Since it's now well into the spring and the patches aren't filling in and the company isn't responding, sharing our experience so others may be aware and avoid the risk of wasting money on their services.
> We contracted the company last summer to grade/reslope areas of the lawn and power rake & seed the whole yard. Initially, I was very impressed with their responsiveness to provide a quote, their timeliness of getting us scheduled, and the good communication at the start. Despite clear communication of what they were agreeing to do and the initial good communication, there were several issues that have been ongoing since we contracted them, including:
> \* they didn't power rake the whole yard as was agreed to in the contract - one of the highest priced items on the agreement. When I discussed this with them, they indicated that they were now concerned that powerraking may damage some of the patches where there was already grass growing - seemed reasonable but no adjustment to quoted price for this change in service provided;
> \* had to call them back to seed the side yard that was completely skipped by their crew;
> \* areas of the lawn that weren't filled in and graded as they said would be done;
> \* now multiple large patches throughout the yard that don't look like any work was ever done (photos included); and
> \* poor communication in follow-up with now radio silence following repeat follow-up emails. Someone was supposed to stop by last Mon but there has been no follow-up and despite emails on my side, I don't even know if he actually stopped out.

> Having spent ~$10K on this project, I would never recommend this company for this type of work again. They may do nice landscaping work but when it comes to basic yard & lawn work, I wish we would have gone with one of the other companies we received quotes from.

> We had an overgrown yard and several trouble spots Countywide’s team really helped us to get our yard to a manageable state, fixed a drainage pump and put in a newt fence! The variety of work they are able to do in such a short time was amazing. Their pricing is very reasonable and they even sourced fencing material from a different vendor for me to meet my budget. Their team cares about their work and my home. I look forward to a long relationship with them.

Their attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship is unmatched!  I have used their services for small and large projects, and I am never disappointed.  Most of our projects are on a tight deadline to get the home listed.  However, each project has always be completed on time, within budget and ready for the photographer!  I never need to worry about the vacant properties, the lawns always look healthy and pristine.  Countywide Landscape makes it easy to create a "Picture Perfect Home"!
