We were eventually able to get the whole building but of course we had to pay above market value. To our surprise, once we had the building, our HOA and City of Chandler would not approve our expansion because they claimed our plaza had the maximum allowed medical practices already. It did not make sense to us since we were just expanding our current office/practice.
