**★★★★ — David Russo, April 2017**

> Dianne did a wonderful job on our addition/renovation, and she is a sweet person as well, which made her a pleasure to work with. We expanded our kitchen to the back, and raised the one-story side to two-story, making room for an additional bedroom and full bath. She initially developed 2 schematics, got them priced, and we worked out a combination to meet our budget. I knew I wanted to work with her when we first met, and she looked at our 1864 home and told me the plan would be to preserve its historic proportions. I recommend Dianne without hesitation.

> Very comprehensive, creative and capable professionals! They are visionaries in that they think outside the box but are also detail oriented. Diane is a very talented architect who is also very personable!

**★★★★★ — barbaraosborne, Sept. 2015**

> Designed our dream house on the Sound in Rye. There command of architectural details is absolute precision and they really are able to listen to what their clients want and to deliver it in the most creative way possible. I wanted our home have elements of Arts and Crafts, Frank L. Wright and yet not be too stark. The firm is excellent with paying attention to detail and building a big house means many, many details.

> Highly recommend this firm for luxury homes........

**Comment from Keller/Eaton Architects:**

> Thank you for the ringing endorsement. It is a pleasure to work with you!

  - Description: This historic shingle style home was damaged during a hurricane and renovated beyond recognition by a previous owner. Our clients wanted to restore the home to its original roots and grandeur. Working with historic documents allowed the architects to recreate the balconies, turrets and porches of the original exterior while designing the interior to work for a busy large family. The home was featured on the Larchmont Manor House Tour and has received numerous architectural restoration awards.

  - Description: This home was purchased by our client before completion. The two-story entranceway was re-imagined to function as an art gallery with a floating stair, curved walnut paneling and inset art display nooks. The wrap-around staircase was created with a glass rail and wood floating treads. The architects created the mud room, complete with a two-story window, steel staircase and fireplace. Keller/Eaton Architects designed a pool house with a covered porch, changing rooms, galley kitchen and an indoor…

  - Description: This kitchen was designed by senior designer, Jeff Eakley, for a beautiful waterfront home in Rye, NY. The builder was long-time Bilotta partner, Murphy Brothers and architect, Keller/Eaton Architects, P.C. The kitchen features a mix of cabinetry lines: the perimeter is Rutt HandCrafted Cabinetry in a custom “Stone” paint on a stepped door; the island, by Artcraft, is a flat panel Molveno horizontal grain laminate. The backsplash is a stone mosaic which beautifully complements the color of the p…

  - Description: The owners of this home wanted to improve the connection of the kitchen to the original home and to create a functional and inviting food preparation area, breakfast room and family room out of the existing space. Corner windows were utilized to allow visibility to the yard, and glass fronted cabinets balance the light-filled bank of windows at the far end. The clients needed seating for eight. To minimize the space that would be needed for this many people, a long banquet table running along th…

  - Description: Our clients owned a parcel of land situated on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the National Seashore on Cape Cod. They asked that a new home be constructed to take advantage of the amazing views, reflect a natural aesthetic and be as wind and storm proof as possible. Keller/Eaton Architects designed the standing seam roof line to resemble the wings of a seagull in flight. Live-edge wood elements, oversized panoramic windows, concrete counters and floors and cantilevered balconies creat…

  - Description: An 1880s Victorian in its original configuration, including a turret and shingle siding, needed to be updated for today’s modern lifestyle. The interior layout was reconfigured maintaining the many fireplaces and historic elements. Keller/Eaton Architects designed additions that included a wraparound porch, kitchen with family room, mud room, and a master suite with bathroom. A multi room in-law suite was created on the lower level.

  - Description: This spacious New York City apartment lacked any architectural design elements when our clients purchased it. - Description: A spacious New York City pre-war apartment on Central Park West required a gut renovation. Our clients wanted their living space to tie in to the Art Deco façade of the landmark building, providing a seamless design narrative for the numerous guests they entertain. Geometric linear forms characteristic of the art moderne period were employed in the wall and baseboard molding, fireplace surround, stair rails and replacement windows. ## Community Q&A

**Q: Where can I get the sink? Thank you** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The company is AF Supply in New York

**Q: Range hood** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where is the range hood from? Or more specifically, the hardware on the front if it was custom...thanks!! :)

A: Thank you for asking Victoria. Both the range and hood are by La Cornue. If the hardware on the front is not available anymore, you can buy brass railing from Baldwin etc. and have your contractor mount it to the front of the hood.

**Q: love this kitchen!** *(in Photo Questions)*

What materials did you use for counters and island? Also, where did you get the yellow pendant? Many thanks!

A: Thank you! The back counters are honed absolute black granite, the center island is white carerra marble. We will research where we got the pendant from and get back to you.

**Q: what is the stone on the island** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It is Calcutta Nuvelatto. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Keller/Eaton Architects, Mamaroneck, NY
