> This is the second time we have built with JKH. The experience has been fabulous both times. The quality is fabulous, subs are great, and integrity of management superior. We will recommend them again and again.

> We would not have built a house if it were not for Joe Kain Homes. Trust and quality are paramount when considering a builder and this was born out in spades. Input is provided from the design phase through completion to assure the house is completed on schedule and within budget. They help make a stressful process manageable and I could recommend Joe Kain Holmes highly enough.

**★★★★★ — Blume Architecture, Oct. 2014**

> This company is a 10, in the most important categories for contracting such as ;organization, transparency in costs, diligence, and personal relationship building. They are connected to the process of architectural design and do a great job following plans by architect, landscape architect and engineering drawings and believe in team work. They will be there years later when you need something because they have invested in you and your dream home and will be a long time Freind. They are the kind of builders everyone hopes to find.

> Joe Kain Homes builds high quality beautiful homes. Joe was a pleasure to work with and his employees and contractors are exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed building our home with Joe and would build another one with him in a heartbeat.

**★★★★★ — Ray Guy, May 2014**

> We are very pleased with our house and our relatoinship with Joe Kain Homes. Joe and the architect worked well together. Joe's accounting background is evident in the careful, detailed, and accurate summaries of job status, costs incurred, and change orders. His subcontractors were generally very good, and Joe and his superintendent Dan Devey monitored the job closely and ensured that it was completed to our satisfaction and theirs. We would, and do, recommend Joe Kain Homes.

**★★★★★ — Robert Paluck, April 2014**

> Joe Kain Homes built my custom home. It was an extremely challenging architectural design, and the entire team's performance was outstanding. Their honesty, attention to detail, and willing to accept any challenge was exemplary.
>
> I would highly recommend this builder to anyone.
