Sadler Construction specializes in accessibility remodeling and new construction so they helped us by constructing the shaft. On the first two floors, the shaft was on an exterior porch, so it included cutting out flooring while providing structural support for the rest of the house. On the third floor the shaft was completely in a room, so walls were needed which would match the existing room. Our contract with Sadler included everything: engineering, building permits, framing, insulation, exterior siding, interior drywall, three new doors, electrical service and painting. The project was completed on-time and within budget. > > The Sadler team was wonderful to work with from Lewis (owner), Jason (estimator & project manager) and Israel & Luis (builders). We felt very comfortable with them coming and going from our home, even when we were not there. Contractor had a great eye, liked clean spare lines, suggested many features that significantly improved & updated home. Sub-contractors & suppliers excellent.
