> Seller sent me an 18" pillow cover for an 18" insert that was way too small.  It was probably 16 1/2-17."  I went through  a Houzz representative and we asked for a 20" replacement, which would have accommodated a normal 18" insert, he refused and told me to purchase the larger size separately online.  Additionally, the fabric was very thin and the zipper flimsy.  I felt ripped off by both the product and the seller. Absolutely will never order from this seller again.
