Bullnose tile were bowed and had to be recut and rebeveled. No relief was given by Genesee. Two floor tile bundles were broken on delivery. Had to reorder then when traveling on a Saturday in bad weather conditions to pick up the reordered tile...on arrival they refused to give them to me because they didn’t have anyone in duty in the storeroom! Incredible...the tiles were there!
