## Community Q&A

**Q: Can you show the difference between the brushed stainless and polished** *(in Product Questions)*

The picture looks the same for both options. I'd like to see the difference before I decide.

A: Hi Aimee,

Our apologies, that images appears to be the incorrect one. The image below is the brushed stainless steel. The brushed finish is much like what you would see on stainless steel appliances. The polished finish is polished to a near-mirror finish. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

**Q: How does it attach to the shower wall?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Hi Michelle,
Hi Michele, here is a video on the Bathroom Butler RIGID Loc mounting system. On dry wall one would use the appropriate drywall plugs but it is recommended that an at least one of the sides be screwed into a stud.

**Q: Toilet paper holder** *(in Photo Questions)*

I would like to do similar full glass on my girls's bathroom and was wondering where you put the toilet paper holder, is the vanity too far back to reach?

A: Hi, if need be our products can be offered with glass mountings in the event the toilet is closer to your glass panel. The only requirement is that the glass would have to be drilled with a single hole prior to it being tempered. We have offered this on small home projects as well as large hotel projects. Below is an example of our towel bar that is mounting to the glass panel.

**Q: Towel Bar** *(in Photo Questions)*

Really interesting looking towel bar. Can you share any information on it?

A: Hi Beth,
We have a similar product available.

**Q: Small Master Bath Redesign HELP** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Just purchased this home and have a small master bathroom which I would like to redesign. I have attached a photo below and based on the colors, all of it must go. Any fun or unique ideas would be appreciated as I am basically starting from a blank canvas!
Don't have the exact dimensions at the moment but believe it is roughly 8'/9' deep and 4' wide

A: Just a couple quick tips - I would look at putting in a wall mounted toilet with concealed cistern (the cistern is built into the wall and you only have a flush plate). If you stick with brand like Geberit you cannot go wrong. It is very nerve wrecking thinking about putting the cistern into the wall but the products are actually easily serviceable and these products are very popular all over the world. By doing this you will push the toilet back against the wall and add more space.
I would also suggest a tall narrow heated towel rail/towel dryer. In small bathrooms where ventilation is limited, it will help dry the towels quickly and hygienically - as a manufacturer of heated towel rails we would tend to be a little bias :) Also replace the vanity with a floating, wall mounted vantity - it should also give the room slightly more spacious feel.

**Q: Bathroom: Need help figuring out what this is** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Hi guys, I need help figuring out what this is and where I can get it. I've seen it on many photos but can't figure out what it is after searching extensively
Its the small white shelf above the toilet that matches the sink and connects from the sink to the wall above the toilet.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

A: dddd jjjj is correct. The style is called a Banjo sink - in this case it seems to have been an afterthought as there is seam there between the sink top and the shelf. It would most likely be custom made by a company who does the countertop.
