Andy and his team personified excellence from the design stage, to the selection stage, throughout the construction, and to the follow up after the house was completed and we had moved in. Each person with whom we interacted, but especially Andy and Glen, was knowledgeable, informative, patient, and helped us to make decisions without pressuring us to make a “predetermined” selection. > Andy and Glen were particularly helpful in the design phase. They provided many interesting and unique ideas to be sure our home was designed to meet the varied needs of our family. Their willingness to spend time in the design phase resulted in a beautiful, well built, and functional home that was beyond our expectations! > Every part of our home is built with high quality materials. Andy hired extremely qualified builders and executed the plan as designed within the budget. This level of professionalism resulted in a house characterized by high quality work, use of energy efficient insulation, windows, and heating and cooling systems, and exceptional attention to detail. Andy and Glen were proactive and there for us for anything we needed including answering a myriad of questions, and planning and accommodating three change orders as our home was under construction. They are all about quality and superb craftsmanship. Particularly noteworthy is our fireplace mantle and side shelves and cabinets that flank the fireplace. I can't say enough good things about his design, the attention he gives to the entire process by personally being on site almost daily, and making sure we had everything and then some by the time we moved in. I am also amazed at how he gets a house built in what seems to be half the time other builders spend building their homes. I think its because he is personally on site watching each step and gets the contractors in to get their jobs done. The best complements have also come from the subs who completed the work and they confirmed what we knew by telling us how much attention he pays to the construction process. The drywall subs, the trim carpenters, tile guys, and hardwood guys tell us how it makes their job so much easier by his process of making sure the framing was done correctly. Great job Andy.
