First issue from my perspective is that this company hit my charge card long before the merchandise was ready to ship. Secondly, I got a shower part versus a tub filler. Return was done without hassle. Third, correct merchandise finally shipped today \[I had to ask for status, they did not inform me of shipment\], at least three weeks after the return.
