> I am a designer and have worked with RMCOCO for years.  Their workroom was always unprofessional and slow, but for simple things like pillows I would use them.  I just had them make functional, black out lined drapes for a high end project.
> The drapes were absolutely hideous.  I specified SOFT lining so the drapes would flow.  They used cheap, almost tarp like lining that made the drapes billow out like a wedding dress on a windy day.  They were completely unacceptable but RMCOCO informed me that was their softest lining.  In addition to the poor choice of lining, they made the pleats about 1 1/2 apart which made them very bulky with a huge stackback.  When I reported this to RMCOCO, they basically said too bad.
> I had to redesign, select new fabric and have new drapes made all within the confines of a looming install date.  The new drapes are beautiful, but the RMCOCO ones have to go into the trash.
> I'm out well over $2500.  Stay away from Custom Creations workroom at RMCOCO.  Beyond disappointing.

Their customer service department is very attentive to specific needs and are quick to send out fabric samples, some of which turned into beautiful window treatments. I will continue to purchase fabric, trim, tassels and window treatment hardware at RM COCO.
