> I contacted this company after a neighbor recommended.  Jeremy, I believe the owner, met at my home.  We discussed my home audio situation for about 45 minutes.  Looked at upgrading portions of home audio, modifying a wall tv setup, improving acoustics in my home theater, adding home speakers and a few others.  Overall, the initial consultation seemed very good and he seemed knowledgeable.  He then told me he would get an estimate to me in 5 days.  I never again heard from him at 14 days.  I called multiple times, left two messages, left text and left email.  No response.  So so odd.  What a waste of my time and I assume, waste of his time.  This surely won't help his reputation in my neighborhood and hopefully he's not looking for recommendations within out neighborhood area.  Look elsewhere to a professional, real home audio company that won't waste your time I guess.

> Lucid came in and upgraded a system we had put in about 7 years prior, and just wasn't working for us anymore. Remotes were broken, I couldn't follow the 10 steps it took to put music on - it was like we didn't even have a system.
> Now with Lucid's technology we have sturdy remotes with simple buttons like - "apple tv", "blu-ray", "sonos". They cleaned up and strengthend our wi-fi too, now we get wi-fi all the way into the yard. > Jeremy of Lucid helped us get all our systems and remotes consolidated into one remote control. Also he helped us update our technology.  Now we have all our tech devices in one cupboard, one remote in hand and services far greater than before.  We now can easily project programs from our laptops onto the flat screen above the fireplace for our family to clearly watch.  We project pictures from our iphones onto the screen so grandkids can enjoy seeing themselves on a slide or video show.  Additionally, Jeremy updated our sound to the dining room for dinner music and he put in speakers above our kitchen island so that we can better hear TV while amidst food preparation.  Jeremy worked cooperatively with other contractors in the house during a very friendly, neat installation.  He also took time to teach us how to best use the system before completing the job.  He has graciously retaught us and helped us over the phone when we have had questions.  We are very pleased with what Lucid has provided for us!

> We had two TVs placed on wall brackets, moved all the boxes and wiring to a different room, installed a sound bar, set up rf remotes, and rewired everything from the basement. The work took approximately two days. Everything was completed perfectly! Exactly what we had been led to believe, on schedule, and on budget. I was particularly impressed with Rob our technician, who took the time to sort and label the absolute mess of wiring in the basement. In addition, when our cable service went down and boxes had to be replaced, Rob came out and got everything rewired and mounted in a few hours.

> I had my entire sound system redone and enhanced placement of my TV's by coordinating them with a Sonos system.  The Lucid team did an excellent job of laying out my options, discussing them with me and then finding the best solution for me while being cognizant of my budget.  The work was done on time and was seamless as they took care of all of the odds and ends with the cable company, etc.  I then elected to upgrade my video system and they were able to quickly come in and complete all of that work as well, while ensuring all of the technology was fully synced and working properly.  They mark incredibly high on customer service as I am always able to call or text with additional questions (e.g. things I forget how to do) and get immediate responses.  I couldn't be more pleased with my service.  I typically don't write reviews, but felt compelled to as my expectations were completely exceeded.

They spent about 4 hours doing this job, also assisted the Comcast contractor in doing the job correctly.
