We dealt with the store manager David. Our contractor was in contact with him for dimensions. Our contractor told us David was very short with him and caused about a week of delay going back and forth. We had signed a contracted by December 4th and paid in full. The contract stated we would have our slab within 14 days. We reached out December 23rd when we still hadn’t heard anything. We received a message back from David saying that he still had not processed our order...but happy new year... I reached out again on January 13th asking for the slab to be delivered ASAP or would gladly accept a refund. It is now January 15th and we have yet to receive our slab OR hear from David. This has caused an immense delay in completion of this project. We are now in the process of requesting a refund from the credit card company due to “goods not delivered.” Needless to say we will not be utilizing these services in the future and neither should you. There are no excuses when you are dealing with the store manager in directly. **★ — Paul Ducharme, Sept. 2017** > I have been totally dissatisfied with Blue Rock in regard to the counter top installation at my residence in Camden Maine, my first complaint was with the installation of the counter top which was installed out of level on my very level kitchen cabinets....level cabinets, should mean level counter top, no excuses. Our client is one amazing gourmand that loves to entertain. She needed a larger, open kitchen that would allow her to connect to her guests in the dining room while entertaining, but yet it needed to compliment the style of her character home. A non-load bearing wall was removed to open the existing dining area to the kitchen. Wire brush oak was selected for the floor for it's durability and to convey a heritage feel. If you have pets wire brushed oak is amazing! A white monochromatic colour scheme was desired by the client, which added a fresh, airy feel. New ambient and task lighting was installed to brighten what once was a dark space. The result is a contemporary update that respects the style and ambiance of the client's home.
