> In 2006 I purchased a new home built by Talbert Building. My wife and I have owned many homes and this home was by far our favorite. The home had many outstanding features. For example. the millwork throughout the home was exceptional detail and finish. The floor plan and design of the home made for easy living and low maintenance. However, I would have to say my favorite feature of the home was the oversized master suite. Overall the home was flooded with natural light due to the many windows. When we moved in all we did was decorate. Central vacuum, wired for stereo inside and out, clearly there were no surprises. We were absolutely pleased with the final results of the home. I would rate our experience with Talbert Building a glowing 10. They were professional, but most of all we developed a friendship with Pat Talbert that goes beyond fine home building. We would highly recommend Talbert Builders to anyone interested in building a wonderful home. I can assure you the experience will be an enjoyable one.

> We hired Talbert Building to finish a stalled renovation. Pat seemed like an easy person to work with, which was one of the most important traits we were looking for in a builder. Pat's personal relationships with subcontractors made it easy to source the right people at the right price. My favorite part of the finished project is the tongue and groove ceiling in my office on the second floor because it finishes a tall 14-ft ceiling and looks fantastic! It's impossible to build or renovate a house without surprises, but it's all in how you handle the surprises, hiccups, and unforeseen roadblocks. Pat was a good problem solver and that was really important to us. Pat really wants to please the homeowner rather than push his own design aesthetics. He wants the house to feel like the people who live in it. We love our home and hope to live in it with our four children for a very long time.

He just seemed to "get it" when it came to a project to make our large family comfortable.  We felt his estimates were in line with our plans and his time line worked well with ours.
