> Where do I begin...Transceramica has some of the most beautiful & durable tile/stone around, in a vast array of styles & finishes, for both commercial & residential settings. They are our go-to vendor for all of our tile needs. Our architectural sales executive is Tristin Eck...again, where do I begin. We really can't say enough great things about Trsitin. Her knowledge of tile and interior design, in addition to her excellent customer service skills, set her apart from any of the other sales executives we work with. Jenny Kruse, Customer Sales Rep, is also a joy to work with. Her responses, when answering our questions/researching an issue, are always prompt, efficient & thorough. And, of course, there's the showroom team who is always extremely helpful & courteous, when we stop in for a visit.

> Based on our experience as an Interior Design Firm we would highly recommend Transceramica. We have used their products many times from standard sized tile to oversized slab tile products. We have used their products in both commercial and residential settings. The products are of high-quality and look amazing. We have also found the customer service and support to be of the highest level and we look forward to working with them on future products.

> DO NOT USE these as countertops in your kitchen unless it is just a staged kitchen.  They are beautiful but they are not meant to be functional for regular use for a family of 5.   We have only had them for about 1.5 years and they have chips all along the edges.  We are very careful when doing dishes and yet the chips still happen with even the lightest touch with a standard water glass.  I love the look but they are not good for a family kitchen.

> I will say that the customer service is good.  They replaced our island because when it settled it developed major cracks on both ends.  Our new island is about a year old now and it is thicker and seems more sturdy.  Nikki is great and came to the house to look at the chips along the perimeter and felt it was just wear and tear.  I appreciated the time she took to help us.

> However now I have realized that I made a poor decision in countertops.  The installer is here again today fixing more chips and I just want to let other families know that this is not a good product for their kitchen.   Do not make the same poor decision I did.
