> I bought a townhouse built in 2019 and have had nothing but problems. I can use one bathroom on my main floor in the winter bc the pipes freeze be not enough insulation. I know have another water leak that has destroy my ceiling and custom paint. I have what looks like a crack in the foundation pending a contractor to confirm. My AC units are sliding away from my house from erosion. I also have to have space heaters are the house bc one level is freezing. Each one of these townhomes has major issues from talking to their owners. This is nothing but another toll brother builder. These are just a few of the issues I’ve been dealing with and the house just turned 3 in nov!!
