We quickly arranged to meet for a consultation and discuss the needs of the project. Kristen was very professional, creative and full of ideas. I hired her to decorate a townhome (the project included front door entryway (exterior and interior), kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms (2), powder room, master bedroom, guest bedroom, office, and balcony. While working with Kristen, I found her to be organized, efficient, cognizant of budget, attentive to detail, easy to work with, and friendly. She enjoys what she does and takes pride in her creation. She is very tasteful in her selections while keeping the homeowner's personality and style in mind. She was very prompt with all correspondences, made herself readily available, and if any issues during the process of delivery or with any items she quickly rectified the situation. She is fair, honest and willing to do work with you from a financial aspect. Great customer service. I am thoroughly satisfied with the end result, Kristen took this piece of property and created a cozy home environment, that I get the pleasure of enjoying daily. I would highly recommend her should you be looking for or in need of an interior designer. She also has consultants that can assist with any project you may be seeking to complete. I will be keeping her contact information for future projects. Kristen's work is of quality. Hire her and you will not be disappointed!
