> The project was a complete kitchen remodel in an older Bay Area home.
> The quality of the work was excellent with creative solutions to the inevitable problems that arise when dealing with an older home.  They never took short cuts.
> The job started on time and finished as projected and on budget.  Taylor's uses a software tool that allows the client to monitor the progress of the job online which is very helpful.  They were very transparent about how the project was progressing and what they hoped to accomplish each day.  We had one very minor follow up issue and they were there the next day to fix it.
> The crew was on site each day at the agreed on time.  They were very respectful to the house and very pleasant personally.  Each day they cleaned the area and organized their tools.  The owner Tom Taylor was very present throughout the project.  He visited the site regularly and provided the crew with guidance on any surprise problems.

> I highly recommend Taylor’s Nailers as general contractors. I contracted with them to build the first bustop/ parklet in the Nation. This project in Albany Ca, was cosponsored by a combination of ac transit bus company, the city of Albany, and private businesses. As such it required delicate coordination with all the parties involved and attention to the concerns of all involved.
> Thomas Taylor was professional and capable in carrying out this task. From the start he established good communication with everyone, in such a way that once all the permits had been secured he could proceed with the actual work in a prompt and organized manner.
> As the work progressed we found their team to be knowledgeable and responsive to our concerns. Lewis the foreman was especially good at making sure all scheduling and details involved were attended to.The team was courteous, which made it very pleasant  to work with.Their workmanship, which included beautiful wood benches and large concrete pavers, was excellent and the results show it: the parklet is stunning  widely praised by the city and the community at large.

> We've used Taylors Nailers for a couple of projects, including some kitchen cabinetry work and deck/hot tub repair, which turned out to be much more extensive than expected, the result of the original contractor cutting corners.  They do very fine work, show up when they say they are going to, and clean up every day.  If you want a quick, cheap job they may not be the best for you.  We wanted the job done right even if it took more time, and that's exactly what we got.

> Taylor’s Nailers remodeled our bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with their work.  They were attentive to every detail.  Even when we were unhappy with our own choice in tile, they redid it because they wanted us to love our new bathroom.  They communicated with us regularly so we always knew when they were coming and when they weren’t.   They were neat and went to great lengths to protect our home from any incidental damage. Their crew were the nicest bunch and such a pleasure to have around.  When the work was completed, we felt like close family members had moved away.  We will definitely call them for our next project.
