MIchelle Birch graduated with her Interior Design degree in Milwaukee. She began working in the industry as an Interior Designer in 2017.  Working primarily in the residential world of Design, with a passion for kitchens, lighting and baths, she started her career in Wisconsin and now resides in Carlsbad, CA.  MIchelle is also a licensed pharmacist!  Having worked in retail RX leadership for 21 years, she decided to head back to school next to put her passion for Design to work!  The focus on the details puts her pharmacist skills to work in her new Interior Design trade!

As a Realtor having her on our team was invaluable from the standpoint that she helped owners visualize how they could update their current space to either enjoy or prepare to list to get a higher selling price.

> Birch Design Theory did a full primary bath remodel in our home that was built in 2001. We had a big, outdated triangle tub and small shower insert. Michelle was able to envision how to transform it to the bath of our dreams, even when we could not. She initially spent time with us learning about our needs and our ultimate dreams. After that she presented us with a design plan and several potential style, color, and material schemes. Along with this she showed us a 3d cad design drawing of the future layout.  This narrowing down helped us immensely. She showed us tiles and colors that we loved. She over saw timely completion of the project and it was done expertly. I am in love with our updated tub; my husband cannot be without his larger, gorgeous tiled shower. We were looking at new homes and decided to stay in this house because we could not bear to leave our beautiful bath. New homes did not compare.

> Michelle helped us transform our kitchen into a space that perfectly reflects our style. She was able to take one photo we showed her as inspiration and translated that into a design (including new countertops, new lighting and a tiled backsplash) that exactly captured what we were going for. Then she developed a well-organized, efficient plan to execute the design. Michelle managed the project from beginning to end, wrangling the tradesmen and materials, keeping things running on schedule, and keeping us informed every step of the way. The end result helped elevate our new condo from good to great. We're so appreciative of Michelle and can't recommend her highly enough.
