> Called South Canyon and got Dennis with Dzak Construction. This should have been the first red flag. I do wonder if he inherited his crew since I doubt such a cavalier and entitled guy could do it himself.

> I'll keep it short and say this was one of the worst service experiences of my life. I wouldn't recommend Dennis to anyone. Most of his crew was great though, so if you could get whomever the real South Canyon is then you're probably ok.

> UPDATE 1/6/25: Viktor and his crew finished our project two months ago now (see below). We had rain right before the last day of construction, which caused all four of the large ceiling fans in our newly built shade structure to suddenly fail. Viktor to his credit took it upon himself to troubleshoot while I was dealing with customer service at the fan manufacturer. He was able to isolate the cause of the fan failures quickly and efficiently and determined these were all due to the same manufacturing defect.

> Getting this resolved completely has required Viktor to return to our home several times, which he has done without complaint or charging me extra. You can trust Viktor to make sure everything is completely done before he considers his work finished!

> NOVEMBER 2024: We had extensively remodeled our previous home, so felt comfortable evaluating potential contractors. We wanted to completely renovate our property which would be the largest and most expensive project we have ever undertaken.

> Viktor and his crew recently finished a two-month makeover/upgrade of our front and back yards, including installing a french drain around the perimeter of our house, adding a brick patio with lights and an outdoor fireplace, installing brick walkways throughout, uplighting our large trees, installing a fountain, hot tub, new lawn area, drainage, three vegetable boxes, planting hundreds of plants, and fabricating a lattice to grow hops on.  We used Michael Glassman as our landscape architect (also great to work with!) and Viktor's company was one of the landscape contractors Michael recommended.  Viktor only does one job at a time, they were here every day from dawn to dusk and they did beautiful work, were hard working, professional and friendly.  Highly recommend.
