After selecting them for the construction of our new garage/studio we asked them to do an even bigger job. We wanted to restore our 1713 historic home to it's original glory by removing the stucco from the classic field stone walls, put on a new roof, new siding, new windows, and add air conditioning. They also built a new outside door and stone pathway to the side of the house. A huge job with real challenges. We wanted to add "Da Vinci" high tech roofing materials which replace old cedar shakes on a 16th century roof structure. This was done perfectly. Then we added James Hardie composite siding and real working, shutters. He and his crew found a way to add air conditioning we never thought we could do with a house so old. It works very well. And remodel our only bathroom with marble floor. This was all done on time and on budget even over the winter in the cold. The transformation is remarkable, people stop in to ask about the changes to the house.
