Uncle Ched’s was founded on the belief that there is a better way to improve peoples’ homes. Often in the home improvement industry, clients find it difficult to establish trust and confidence in the individuals that they allow to enter into one of the most vulnerable places possible, their homes. At one point in time, an uncle came to represent a steadfast member in the community that served as someone everyone could count on and was considered to be a part of the family. At Uncle Ched’s, we are trying to restore the symbolic status of “uncle” to our communities by providing a non-traditional home improvement model founded on the basis of trust and integrity.
