We couldn't find a company in Alberta to make the newell posts we wanted and looked online for options. Found Flourish design's website and called and they were immediately willing to work with us to get what we wanted and for a reasonable price and shipping cost. Other companies gave us ridiculous quotes on any style of post except the boring standard posts and high shipping costs. Even when the posts arrived (and on time) and the box was opened, they sent an email telling us the posts were on their way and to let them know when they arrived. I did and told them about the open box and that the top of one of the posts had been dragged and scratched. They got back to me right away wanting to make it right and asking what they could do. It easily sanded out so there was no issue but the way they took responsibility to ensure I was happy was impressive. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
