Our 1940's rambler needed a master bedroom/bathroom, laundry room, more storage and a covered porch/entry way to make it more livable. We wanted it all to scale with the original 1300sf house, while still being useful. After vetting a number of contractors, we chose cMAC to do our addition/remodel. > Chris worked with us and the drafting designer to create the spaces we wanted. He had thoughtful and very valuable suggestions regarding placement and spacing for making our ideas work. (He even went far above and beyond what was expected, by negotiating with a tree removal service I'd hired which didn't follow through on completing stump removal--- Ugh! In retrospect, I wish I'd had cMAC manage the tree removal, too.) > Diane facilitated communication by providing regularly updated schedule of values, and made billing a breeze. > Mike, the supervisor, was a pleasure to work with, and took time to explain the pro's and con's of various materials. A: Hello Bonny! The client purchased that rug at a little shop in Kent, WA called The Cottage seven years ago. She said her favorite places for rugs are homedecorators.com and rugs.com.
