A: Hi djkiwi, The windows are Pella Pro Series Windows.

**Q: Faucet handle on left?** *(in Photo Questions)*

From the picture I believe the faucet handle is on the left.  I was just wondering if you liked it that way?  I'm considering doing mine that way too (i'm right handed).  It seems to make more sense, but I was wondering about the functionality and how you like it?  Thanks so much!

A: Hi 8newhouse, the handle location was the client's preference and they are enjoying it!  Total personal preference though.

**Q: What type of siding is that addition? Cedar?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Yes, it is vertical tongue and groove cedar smooth side out on the addition  Thanks for asking!

**Q: How is water drainage handled for the V-roof (it appears to empty over the stairs)? BTW, lovely dark wood. Tks** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hi Ka,  Thanks for the question.  The roof does drain just past the stairs onto a granite block on the ground level below.
