> Mark and Walter were easy to work with and did an excellent job with our remodel. We love how it came out.

**★★★★★ — HU-254440124, April 2022**

> I met Lotus a decade ago and since then have rehabbed two condos and made numerous upgrades on my house. I wouldn't use anyone else. They deliver what they promise at the price and timeframe they bid. What do you need besides honesty and talent? Nothing. Hire Lotus Construction.

> I purchased a mid-century home in Claremont that was still very 1950's! I was so very lucky to find Lotus and especially Mark. The work they did was remarkable and my home is a real show stopper due in great part of the team's vision of what the home could become. Their work is impeccable and they took great care to keep the area clean after each day. The entire team as well as sub-contractors brought in by Lotus are first class professionals. If you are looking to remodel your home you MUST consider Lotus.

> Mark, and the amazing talent he has pulled into Lotus Construction, have come to the rescue for us more times than I can count. From major home remodeling to small projects that need a creative and well-executed solution, you can’t find a better team. Plus, the crew is amazing to have around the house: careful, tidy, considerate, and very interesting conversationalists!

> I have known Mark Ashworth since he was a teenager when he came to work for me as a tile setters apprentice. When it was time for him to start actually setting tile I could tell he had a natural artistic talent. Now that he is the owner of LCG, I can see he has expanded his talents. I've had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team on several projects. They are easy to work with and very detail oriented. I have also noticed that all of his clients that I have met were always happy to see him and hear his ideas. I've been in construction for over 35 years and have come across some contractors who just come in and throw the project together without caring about or really listening to what the client is envisioning. Mark listens to, and works closely with, each client to ensure that what they have in mind for their project is what they get. I always look forward to working with Lotus Construction Group, they are true construction professionals!

> Working with Mark and the entire Lotus team was like working with family. Mark recreated our house as if it was his own. The attention to detail was perfect for my own picky desire for perfection. Lotus has the same perfection attitude.
> The Lotus designer kept us on track with all the house details we never would have thought of: door stops, mailbox, house numbers etc. His suggestions were perfect for our house, helped to create a unique space and made that process painless.
> We interviewed three contractors. Their estimates were basically the same. We chose Mark because he seemed like someone we would be comfortable working with, he was recommended by another professional in the area and he lives in the same town we live in.
> After working with Mark I can now recommend Lotus because of their professional attitude, their knowlegde of all aspects of the construction process, the skilled team of workers and Mark's focus on meeting deadlines and sticking to the budget.
> I would recommend and have recommended Lotus Construction to anyone planning a remodel.

**★★★★★ — Amy Fass, Feb. 2016**

> We wanted a more modern kitchen that fit in with the rest of our 1928 home. Mark does a great job pre-planning the project with clients, so by the time we started construction the timeline was tight with very few surprises. The kitchen was demo'd down to the studs, removing a wall; the space was sealed so we had NO dust in the rest of the house, and Mark and his team communicated with us every step of the way. The kitchen is even better than we had hoped for! They're great to work with a nice crew to have around!

**★★★★ — ishtvan47, Dec. 2015**

> Mark's team is some of the best skilled craftsmen in the area. If you have a project that needs to be done flawlessly, with attention to detail, and have the place left spotless at the end of each day, Lotus is your team.

**★★★★★ — westwindmgt, Dec. 2015**

> Mark and his crew were outstanding. Their estimate came out as promised. The time duration promised was met. Their workmanship was meticulous. Their expertise was apparent. Their cleanliness was appreciated. And MOST of all, my wife still sings their praises years later. Would I hire them again, in a heartbeat! Mr.Cortlandt Condit

> Mark Ashworth helped us with a small project: re-doing a little back porch and stairs. He was such fun to work with; always smiling, always willing to do what needed to be done. The project ran into a slight snag re: cement color. Mark was willing to tear it apart and start over for no cost to us, which simply wasn't worth it--but it was a generous offer, and one I'm not sure all contractors might make. The overall project ended up fine, and the quality of work is excellent. I see Mark around town occasionally, and he always stops to chat and ask about us and our work. He's a great guy!!

**★★★★★ — Annie Boehm, Dec. 2015**

> My husband and I chose Mark to do a rehab for us and could not have been more pleased and satisfied. We have undertaken a couple of big DIY projects in the past, so feel as though we are quite knowledgeable about how things should be done. This particular project was just bigger than we wanted to tackle so we decided to find a contractor; Mark was the second one we interviewed. His mellow personality and his seeming ability to really hear us made us choose him and boy are we glad we did. Not only did the project come in on time an on budget but the work he and his crew did was fantastic. He consulted a structural engineer to advise on placement of support beams that were needed once we removed several load bearing walls. His guys showed up, on time, every day. They were pleasant, hard-working,and polite...really delightful to have around. The daily mess and debris was cleaned up at the end of every single day. Mark did an excellent job at problem solving for our very unusual house; he had good ideas, but more importantly for us, could recognize our good ideas too. We have lots of respect and admiration for Mark's very professional, craftsman-like approach to his projects. We recommend him highly and without hesitation.

> I unequivocally recommend Lotus Construction, and owner Mark Ashworth. Two years ago they renovated two condos for me and were a pleasure to work with. (A bonus is that since then he is my go-to guy when I have repairs at my residence. ) We are anticipating another project and I don't intend to interview anyone else. Why? I've built a house and over the years have had three other renovation projects. I have had four other conteactors and each one was stress-provoking and ultimately I didn't trust them to have my best interests at heart. Mark Ashworh and his employees are trustworthy, resourceful and dependable. I find that many contractors are unable to explain technical things to the laypeople. Mark can. He is a creative, intelligent person who is a pleasure to work with. He is not the least expensive because he does quality work. He will not underbid your job only to have cost overruns, and his work will still demonstrate quality over the years
