His proposal was the most detailed and thought-through. The project was estimated to take 4 months, but ended up taking almost 6 months. Some of the delay was due to the unusually wet winter. He manages his subs really well, and requires re-work if the quality was not up to par. His crew showed up everyday, right on time and cleaned up each day. They were all very respectful of our space and time. He had good suggestions, review the plan in detail and would recommend changes if needed. He worked well with our interior designer, and together they gave us our dream space - kitchen, open dining room and added a great utility room. Jim does focus on quality, he doesn't take short cuts. A: Hello Yes it is all custom. Walnut shelving was crafted to slip over a metal support frame work. The support was attached to the framing prior to the Sheetrock and finish then slipped on afterward for an flawless floating look.
