> We did a full kitchen remodel. Ernie made all sorts of promises and then would "forget" or used all sorts of excuses. When talking with his crews, nobody likes working for him. We paid over half the cost to have everything ordered ahead of time so the remodel would go quickly. This did not happen and took over 6 months. Ernie will chaulk it up to covid, however, everything was supposed to be in prior to covid hitting. Multiple things were not ideal, dishwasher spaces were incorrectly measured and wasn't noticed till after countertops were on. Stove is not centered, etc. we finally had to say our goodbyes and work on the finishes on our own. I strongly would advise against working with BMAC.

> We worked with Ernie for a portion of our kitchen remodel to have him design and install a custom hood above our stove.  I do not recommend him.  The hood was significantly delayed beyond the promised date, it was not up to the quality we expected and in the end Ernie refused to finish the job even though he was paid in full.

> Unfortunately BMAC can only relay the Manufacture's delivery dates and does not control their schedule. Once your hood arrived it was delivered and installed complete.

> Your designer specified your hood but failed to allow enough room to install the crown she specified. The hood was sold through your designer at BMAC's cost as a courtesy sale.
>
> When you expressed your displeasure of the quality of the hood I personally visited to correct any issues caused by BMAC's installation. The installers left the white hood dirty and a errored screwed during the installed process. BMAC paided Repairs Unique to correct these issues. Again in response to your continued dissatisfaction with your new hood both I and Canyon Creek's regional Manager responded. Your warranty of this hood is covered by Canyon Creek's warranty policy, not BMAC. The Regional Manager could not find any quality issues concerning your hood.
>
> As an assistance BMAC again paid for Repairs Unique to return and at your request we seamfilled all the hood's joints. At this time I also authorized them to repair and fill the nail holes in all the crowns provide by your other cabinet company along with repairing some of their doors.
>
> Your Designer decided to call Canyon Creek direct and spoke with Mike the VP of sales. His conclusion was the same - your new hood had no manufacture defects. Upon this knowledge it was though that you were dealing directly with Canyon Creek concerning any warranty issues.
>
> Upon request and agreement with your husband I provided a lower profiled crow that would work for your installation. Since the new crown install would be an additional charged I provided the names of two installers that could be contacted direct for this installation.
>
> BMAC did not design your hood it was your Designer's specs. BMAC did not profit from this sale since it was sold for cost. BMAC was paid only for the hood and installation there of. It would have been a trip charge plus installation of the crown; it was far more economical for you to pay directly for a cabinet installer.
>
> I'm very sorry that you feel this way even after BMAC paid to correct any installation errors plus additional dollars to repair your other cabinet company and your Designer's errors.
>
>  My sincer appoligies, I just do not know what else you expected, BMAC did the work that was paid for and unfortunately can not be expected to correct errors of others or replace your hood that the manufacture can find no quality issues with.
