Her plan to convert an existing small storage room in our garage into an insulated, climate-controlled space with racks to store 1500 bottles of wine met with our approval, and work started shortly thereafter. Chris provided us with a binder describing all aspects of the project. Proper permits were obtained to ensure that work was being done to code. Weekly meetings were held between us, Chris and the project manager to ensure that things were going according to plan. Workers onsite were respectful and efficient, cleaning up the work area daily. The project was completed on budget in less than a month, a few days ahead of schedule. The end result is an aesthetically pleasing, creatively and efficiently designed wine cellar that we absolutely love! The floor covering in this beautiful kitchen is Millstone Eco Series and the color is Pacific Pecan Amber.
