Becky answered the phone and couldn’t have been more warm or kind. We had Becky and Hank come out to explain the design build process and again, we were comforted by their kindness. Going into a major renovation, knowing you’re in good hands is of utmost importance. We needed to feel that we could trust our home in their hands and my goodness did they deliver. We started the design process with Kathy and made our choices with her. She is top notch in her industry. If you aren’t working with an architect like Kathy, you’re missing out. She was always willing to answer our (many) questions and the responsiveness has been unmatched. > > Once things got rolling, I can’t express what a fun project this was. Did I just say “fun” when describing a renovation that takes out a kitchen, laundry area, and bathroom?! The crew who is doing the hard work every day is phenomenal and to be honest, I miss them!
