They send me damage doors, knobs, and they never send me my product on the day they are suppose too. Their management is so off, not to say that the front desk is so rude, and unprofessional. I do not recommend this to anyone don't waste UR money on this company I advise u ! **★ — candsedson, Oct. 2016** > BUYER BEWARE: About a year ago we bought RSI (Villa Bath) cabinets through Lowe's for our bathroom remodel and I would not recommend them to anyone. We bought 2 sink vanities, a set of drawers and a 2 piece linen cabinet, spending just under $1500. I installed the cabinets following the manufacturers instruction but we immediately had trouble with the drawers closing correctly. I contacted Lowe's to complain and was told the manufacturer refused to replace the drawers. It's been a year and the drawers are still not working properly. The top drawer usually closes correctly, the middle drawer closes correctly about 50% of the time and the bottom drawer never closes properly...it has to be forcefully shoved closed every time. When closed sometimes the face of the drawers aren't aligned with each other. Part of the problem may be they use plastic guides at the back of the cabinet that "float", causing the drawer to close differently. Attempts to adjust the drawers didn't help. > Also, the stain color on the trim for the two-piece linen cabinet is substantially darker making are trim pieces stand out against the lighter cabinet body. **Comment from Professional Cabinet Solutions:** > Hello Candsedson, > > I’m very sorry to hear about the inconvenience and frustration with your purchase from Villa Bath! They handed me > a Mohawk Ultra Mark pen to cover the chips, scratches, marks, gouges, > and so forth. The cabinet drawers have scratches on every drawer, one > has a 2 inch by 1 inch piece missing totally. The installers used the pen > in one place and it left a gray mark in the middle of the cabinet. The drawers > are wood not white as the cabinets. The drawers scrape going in and out > and they do not close easily. > I've called this company several times, no answers to my messages, sent > two letters one regular mail and one certified.
