> Waiting THREE YEARS for Tom to resolve a problem with the sealer on the patio and firepit! THREE YEARS! Not the best customer service/follow up.

**Comment from World Class Pools:**

> Now if that is not an unfair review I'm not sure what is. Customer wanted a patio resealed on a project that we built for a previous home owner. We did the reseal and within 6 months the sealer turned white. We stripped the sealer and resealed again at no expense to the customer. The next year it did the same thing. The manufacturer came out and had suggestions and we then followed their recommendations to correct the problem area and the next spring it happened again. We have spent $5700 in our money to try to correct the problem. The initial sealing job was around $1000. This being the only issue like this with sealer in 30 years we were baffled as well as the sealer manufacturer. Concrete Decor did research into this issue and actually wrote an article about this problem and found it to be a substrate issue not bad workmanship or material. I would have to say that the amount of time, effort and money that our company has put into this issue has shown our dedication and commitment to making things right.

How deep is this pool.

A: Hello Jeff, This pool is 12 foot deep in the deep end of the pool and the shallow end goes from a beach entry to a depth of about 4.5 foot. Feel free to contact us with any other questions that you may have.
