> Our build has turned our dream house into a costly mistake, as well.  What we were told by Insignia, compared to what happened, couldn't have been further apart.  They do not stand behind their work, even when issues that are justified and confirmed by other parties are brought to their attention.   We understand that nothing is perfect, and that building a home can be difficult and stressful, but when you hire a company to oversee your dream project, are supposed to keep your best interests in mind, and charge a substantial amount to do so, it's incredibly frustrating when they fail.  We not only lost our trust in them, but we lost a substantial amount of money we worked hard for and will never get back.  Worst decision ever.

> Insignia Homes completed our project in July of 2023. We have serious structural issues with our house.  The builder has been informed of the issues and have decided to not stand behind their work. I’d love to invite anyone over to see their quality of work first hand. We did a lot of research on picking a builder that embodied truth and honestly. Sadly, we didn’t make the right choice with Insignia Homes.  We now need to move out of our dream home so another contractor can make the major repairs so our home is habitable. They took our dream of building our forever house and turned it into our worst nightmare.

Can you put the moulding around windows if you have rounded corners?

A: If you have a talented craftsman -- then yes.

A: The deck is XLM decking (installed with concealed fasteners) and the color is River Rock.  This was purchased through a local lumber supplier.  If you google XLM decking you can find a dealer near you.
