BLC Painting to completely scraped and painted the exterior of my vintage Dutch Colonial. They showed up on time, cleaned up EVERY DAY and made sure that I knew exactly what was going to be accomplished on the timeline we agreed to. The crew was capable, respectful and extremely competent. The owner of BLC Painting was on site daily doing quality control. Our final walk through found a few missed items that were quickly taken care of. Because of their outstanding work, I then hired them to do interior freshening of the ceilings and trim. Does it cover well in one coat or are two coats required? A: Thanks for reaching out Sara! I would use BM regal select. Be sure it's not just regal but regal select. It is also a low voc which is better not only for the environment but the odor is minimal. You can add a few drops of vanilla extract for a nice odor too! **Q: Wood trim: keep or paint white?** *(in Design Dilemma)* We have a house with wood trim and doors. What is your opinion: should we keep the wood trim or paint it white? I'm attaching the pictures of various rooms in the house. Thanks in advance for your feedback!
