> No sooner had I put my request on the BARK system, that I received their phone call, this, within a few minutes or so.
> The owner, who I dealt with, always had my wellbeing in mind.
> She always answers the phone or is quick to responds whenever that is.
> Her flexibility is outstanding. As the project develops, and needs are defined more clearly,  she will quickly change her direction to align herself with her customers needs; a quick and attentive response is provided, and the ease with which she is dealing with the changes, seems to be a natural for her.
> For example, one quote was delivered late afternoon, on a Saturday!
> She will explore more than one solution and give you her comments on all of them.
> You will never have a surprise invoice.  Her work is quoted by the activity and the hour, but she is generous with her time and respects her commitment.
