> We hired Michael David Lindley to do a bathroom remodel as well as put in new kitchen flooring in a house we recently purchased.  We thought the house was in move-in condition but once the remodel began we realized that there existed many problems we weren't aware of.  We freaked out but Michael calmly took each issue, came up with a solution and fixed each problem, taking note of our budget constraints.  We now have a house we can live in forever.  Michael is a craftsman, a professional who loves what he does.  All the work done by his subcontractors were exceptional.  You could tell that they respected and enjoyed working with him.  We would strongly recommend Michael for any job where a contractor is needed.

> We have used Mike Lindley for several project in our home.  These projects include exterior slate installation on our sidewalk and tile installation on our built-in BBQ and the interior installation of limestone in 30% of our living area,  travertine tiles in our family room and a slab of limestone for our fireplace hearth.
> The most recent project was the renovation of our master bathroom.  This project included installation of a travertine slab for the counter-top with under-mount sinks, expansion of our shower area with frameless glass, 18 x 18 travertine tiles and a storage niche in the shower wall.
> Mike and his team are craftsmen.  They are meticulous and take their time to do each job the right way.   They are respectful when asked questions and are  thoughtful when communicating ideas, solutions and alternatives.

> Mike Lindley was the General and Sub-Contractor on the construction of our home in Ventura.  As it was our first new custom home construction, we knew little but worked closely with Mike to get it right.  Mike helped us through the process in a patient, and consultative manner that resulted in minor adjustments for the betterment of the project.  He has a very good repore with County Inspectors and his co-workers alike, resulting in a very pleasent work environment.  Change requests by us were fairly priced and accomplished without sacrifice to the schedule.

> Mike has a tremendous network of skilled sub contractors who completed their work on time and on budget with the highest quality.  Mike and his team performed several sub contract roles in addition to being the General, including framing and finish carpentry and all f the tile work-all of which turned out beautifully.  Once the work was completed, Mike was available to deal with required adjustments and corrections.  In all, the project was a delight and I would not only recommend Mike and his team, but hope to have another opportunity to work with Mike again on a future project.
