Skip and his team met or exceeded expectations for all of these items. > The work was performed on time, slightly ahead of the timeline that was outlined day 1 of the project kickoff. He has strong demand for his service from other clients, so he was not able to start as early as we would have liked, but this was understood in the beginning. After starting, they were working every day. This job was a priority. No sick dogs, truck broke down, etc. Skip and his guys show up. > They were honest and trustworthy. We were completely comfortable with his crew in our home even when not home, and prior to this, we never allowed any workers over when we are not home. They did what they said they would do. > The communication was excellent. In addition to a well communicated plan, the progress and addressing minor issues was very good. There were some minor hiccups along the way as would be expected in a project this size, but all were addressed, and no excuses were ever given.
