> Rick is an impressive builder, I love his passion for building sustainably, especially how he focuses on building Passive Homes. His homes are airtight to keep out wildfire smoke and pollen, they have a filtered fresh air ventilation system, include exceptional amounts of insulation and a very durable shell. His homes are so comfortable inside. I think anyone would be thrilled to live in one of his homes.
