We struck up a conversation and found out Cris was in the remodeling business. Of course my ears perked up as we have been living in our home for 22 years and desperately needed a kitchen remodel. I asked for his card and told him when we were ready I would give him a call. Few months later we were ready. He came by and gave us a few suggestions. Being a very visual person I really didn't know what I wanted. He suggested we give Amy of Kitchen by Amy a call. We all met and came up with a plan. After I picked out all the finishes and the cabinets were ordered Cris sent over the construction schedule. The timeline was 5 weeks. I was a little skeptical because we have a neighbor who had a remodel done the year before using a box store and it took them 5 months and cost twio times the quote. But to our delight not only was it completed in 5 weeks it came in right on budget. Cris and his subs are not only professional but very friendly. One of the subs mentioned that Cris is the best contractor he has ever worked with. They renovated my basement which included custom made built-ins, a wet bar, new tile floor and modified tray ceiling. Cris has the patience of a saint as I changed my mind mid-project and often second guessed my choices. His goal was to make me happy but he also guided me and TRIED to keep me focused throughout the project. In addition they turned a window into a door and made the brick work look easy.
