> Amazing ExperienceWorking with Backyard Oasis building our dream pool was an amazing, no stress experience. From the beginning of the process when Vance handed a spray can to us and told us to draw the pool on the grass in our backyard (we chose a free-form pool) to the end when he took so much showing me everything I needed to know about taking care of my pool while allowing me to take copious notes...it was just a good experience. While building, they were respectful of our close neighbors. We knew everything that was happening every step of the way. They even helped us with advice on palm trees that could survive in our climate. Now, we have a beautiful backyard oasis that we just can't believe. We recommend them to anyone and everyone that talks about wanting a pool. They are just a pleasure to work with as well as really great at what they do.

> If you go with backyard oasis pools to build your pool, make sure you get every detail of "promises" in writing before you give any payments.  Even then, you may not get what you were promised.

> We had Sean build out pool last fall.  I had him initial in writing on the contract that he would guarantee no cracks in our pool for life.  Well, we immediately had very visible cracks after plastering.  He makes you PAY IN FULL PRIOR TO PLASTERING. He now REFUSES TO FIX THE CRACKS stating they are only cosmetic.  The contract clearly states no cracks, not only cosmetic cracks. I am now faced with bringing him to small claims court to get money back from him so I can get my pool replastered.
