> This crew, led by Phil Antoniades’ expert guidance, transformed my old 4 square colonial into a beautiful, updated home. They removed a wall between our kitchen and dining room and created a beautiful open space that steps out onto a new deck. It’s a full year later and we could not be happier with the results.

  - Location: Hopkinton, MA

  - Description: Full house renovation with small addition of bathroom and meditation room to second floor. Replacing all windows, properly sized and aligned combined with vinyl shakes helped codify the look. Created a farmers porch from an enclosed porch and framed the faux roof line to balance the exterior. Addition included minimum bath space with glass tiles, frameless shower doors, slate floor and my favorite lighted mirror. Meditation room with lots of sun, simple features and view of a waterfall exceeded…

  - Description: This was a fun project. Had to upgrade the existing framing to code and add an exterior rated LVL beam to open up the lower deck. Prefabricated footings came in handy to speed up the process. Decking and railing are Home Depot brand Veranda. Easy to work with, affordable and looks fantastic.

  - Description: With a $30K budget we upgraded this 1955 ranch by removing two walls to open up the living/kitchen space. Replaced the kitchen with budget cabinets and a beautiful countertop. We also replaced the double window with a garden window which relinquished wall space but added more light and shelving! Added some recessed lighting above the counters as well as under cabinet accent LEDs. A period PINK bathroom was updated by pulling the flowered wall paper and adding bold black Kohler fixtures. Add a fr…
