He continued to ask what features of the house that we wanted to keep and what we did not need. He gave us a verbal estimate of what the house would cost based on a modified plan. Brad welcomes change, even if it is at the last hour. When we did not want what was normal building code or industry standard, Brad was always fair and met us in the middle. Many changes were made at the last hour and Brad accommodated all of them. He went above and beyond to help us out (even stored my outdoor kitchen appliances at his house for three months). Brad is not argumentative when asked questions or presented with change in ideas/plans. You’d think we were the only home he was building as far as customer service, when in fact; he was building seven houses when he started ours. We love our home and Brad made it possible!
