This is a nice home that we designed on paper and filled with many paid upgrades. > The building process and customer service: 2 stars. We found the process to sound good in the initial sales pitch, but interactions became abrasive, and in our opinion disorganized when it came to managing selections and documents. Lots of push back on our concerns. We found the standard features to be well below the expectations we left the initial meetings with, so the cost of the home ran well above our plan. My wife has a disability and without adding additional costs, he managed to modify the door frame size, cabinet height, entry ways from garage, etc. all to accommodate my wife's wheelchair.
