> Overall the house and garage projects turned very well. The cost came out to the bid other than what we changed. To be expected. Had a couple issues with a couple subcontractors. One issue is a little more communication from contractor.

> Todd helped us build our retirement home, after researching and meeting builders, and getting recommendations we went with Todd.  Very happy with our beautiful home, Todd was easy to work with and helped us along the way of our first build!  We will be using him again for our Shouse (Shop/house).
