I was truly grateful to have him as my builder. > They are times where people are in profession and they have No clue or any idea of an impact on people life they have. > Rayan is first class, I was stressed Times ten and Ryan always assured me that he was a phone call away. When we did our walk through we were never told it was our final walk through. We stopped in a model home and was just looking just so happen the guy told us we couldn't use our agent we had to use him because he showed us the house. I purchased my home January 2016 I had a chip in my guest bathroom they refused to fix, we had a lead underneath our kitchen sink and has already had to replace the garbage disposal, we now have to replace the sink it has detached from the counter top the sink is not stainless steel it is alumni, spots on the wall has not been painting meaning we already has to get the house painted in spots. Regency Builders are a ripe off and they do not stand behind anything they are not worth dealing with a lesson well learned. I can go on and on it is so many problems with this house interior and exterior, **★ — kdp19962000, Jan. 2017** > We bought a "new" home from regency home builders. Everything seemed fine on the new home we were in the process of buying until the walk through and getting the final touch up work done. > > Contractors from the house being built next door were coming into our new home and plugging up toilets, washing their paint brushes in our brand new sink, like I said this was absolute nightmare. > > We had to mark the house up 4 times and still the minor paint and sheetrock issues were still never fixed. I went ahead and closed on the house giving them the benefit out of the doubt that they would fix the things we had discussed, exactly as I was told they would. Well here it is a month later to no avail. I was then told it would cost me more to get the issues resolved. > > And of course after the closing, the phone calls start getting no return call with absolutely no action to ensure a happy customer whatsoever. > > I regret not doing more research and putting any trust that they would do what they said they were going to do. > > Please do yourself a favor and use another home builder, I have talked to several other people since all this started and they told me they have heard the same thing.
