Once they get your money don't expect much afterwards. The design center and head lead there was a complete and utter nightmare. Very unwilling to help and not accommodating at all. If you want a glorified box, done the way a corporate builder does it without the homebuyer in mind, then by all means sign up. Remember they have to make their money and cutting corners is a solid way for Greenstone. Don't expect much. **★ — Ruth Stallings., May 2023** > Customer service is horrible. They will make up all kinds of excuses and reasons for not taking care of warranty issues. Backyard has flooding and standing water issues. At first they assured us that they would fix it. Now they say it is our problem and they will do nothing. A lot of talk but no action. They just BS about taking care of their clients. Very poor construction quality. All to code….lowest standards possible. Had to have retiring done to even get internet or TV. Painting was very poor……one coat….poor coverage. The design and construction process went smoothly as did the move in. This is our second Greenstone home purchase and we moved to Parc Rose to downsize. Parc Rose is a great little empty nester maintenance-free community.
