Matt was our Project Manager and he kept us informed every step of the way.  The quality of work performed was outstanding and exceeded our expectations.  Sophie in the office was responsive to questions and the project was completed in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. > We hired Pro Renovations via an Angie's List Big Deal, to complete a list of small tasks around our house. One of the challenges we've found in Savannah, is that a lot of companies don't want to deal with small jobs, but Pro Renovations was very willing and able. The scope of work included sanding and painting of some outdoor surfaces; building and installing two new wood screen doors for our back porch; and installation of some new screen windows for our back porch.

> When I need something done, I turn right to Simon and Pro Renovations. I wanted to build myself a shed, but I didn't want to go through the terrible process of trying to level a base for it - I just wanted a large slab of concrete to work on ( 10 ft. by 10 ft.) I also had a space under the back stairs that I wanted to park bikes on and keep weeds from growing so we decided to add a second slab it was closer to 11 by 8.

> In addition, my porch stairs were made of concrete. Several years of neglect by the previous owners had cause large hunks of the stairs to fall off and lots of cracks. I was unwilling to replace the stairs because I have tentative plans to replace the entire porch in the future. But I was tired of tripping on my way to the front door. I asked Simon if he thought we could repairs them since we had concrete coming.He warned that nothing was going to make them look new, but we could fix the holes.
> The boys drove some rebar into the old stairs and filled in the big holes and let that cure. Then the next day they came out to pour the slabs and smooth out the stairs.

Hello, what is the price of a kitchen like this and how long does it take to install or construct?

A: Hello Ahsilat Croox, 

There are many manipulating factors when determining a renovation project. 
Kitchen renovation costs depend on your wishlist as much as it does your fiancial extent. This kitchen above is a medium sized area based on our typical portfolio of kitchen renovations which may or may not be larger/smaller than the area within your home. With this being said, pricing is difficult to address without a personal in home consulation. There are also a lot of behind the scene costs that are very common for homeowners to miss. As a small example: lighting may require additional electrical services especially if lighting relocation is purchased as well as any appliances that are being relocated. 
Also, what is typical in our larger renovation projects are walls that are removed, which is of course a larger punch item but can also affect the budget immensely if there is a load-bearing wall or if there are any structural concerns in the renovation process. 
We work with our clients to address their needs and stay within their financial means, our goal is to make these projects exciting and stress-free for our homeowners and we are delighted to say we strive in doing so!

Can you tell me the paint colors used on this house? I love it!

A: Hello Paige Mincey, 

the gray color is very similiar to Benjamin Moore Oyster Shell, it's a very beautiful color and goes great with other neutral colors! This customer in particular purchased an off brand which gives a slight variation of color, your local sherwin williams or home depot can provide you with swatches of colors for you to test with!
