Sloppy & unprofessional work. Immediately after completion spending thousands of dollars to fix Garman’s sloppy work. Called into the Garman office numerous times to no avail. No return calls. One glaring example, Garman Builders (Rodney) put the air conditioner directly in the back of the house (Inches from the patio). Just imagine, sitting in the back of your patio listening to the AC running all summer long. Garman could have easily put it on the side of the house, like they did with all of the other homes (MANY OF THE SAME STYLE HOMES) in the development. Again, I do NOT recommend Garmin Builders. Sloppy work and very difficult to deal with. Buyer Beware !! **★ — Seth Lemaster, June 2018** > Garman presents a positive customer-focused image to lure prospective homeowners, but they do not follow through. My back yard has major drainage issues (as do many of my neighbors with Garman homes). This has resulted in our backyard being soggy over a week after rain and our grass dying. Garman initially did have landscapers come out, but all they did was replace the dead grass. The land was not properly regraded, so - no surprise - the grass is dying again and the issue has continued. Despite my repeated attempts to have Garman fix the problem, they have refused, citing a policy where they will not correct bad landscaping unless there is standing water for a full 48 hours. Given the number of other neighbors with the same issue, who have also stated Garman refused to solve the problem, I would recommend that prospective buyers select another builder. **★★★★★ — User, Jan. 2015** > Garman Builders was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and completely. My husband and I are preparing to build a custom home, and Garman's portfolio is top-notch.
