> Dave, the owner of Parker Development built my 1250 sq ft cabin in 2020.  The foundation is good but built in the wrong place on the lot which has caused problems.  His framers did a wonderful job.
>      Dave first installed my tankless gas water heater under the stairs where the main intake venting is  With no way to maintain the WH,  I made him move it to the closet, the only place available.  The closet is less than 10 feet to the bathroom, however, the plumbing was not changed and now the hot water takes a long time to arrive.... wasting water.
>      The fireplace stone is missing grout and workmanship not professional.  The lower custom sink was installed backwards, and plumbing underneath is not code.  After I moved in, three gas leaks (red tagged) were discovered that the gas company stated should have been Dave's responsibility.
>      There are many other things I could add that my local home inspector stated.  It was difficult working with Dave as he does not like change and tries to keep his cost down.  He will not admit he has done anything wrong.
>      Finally, I suggest for any homeowner reading this that they be on site as much as possible... if you can get past his "NO TRASPASSING" sign.  Unfortunately, I do not know how to download pictures.  Feel free to contact or visit me anytime.  Thank you houzz for giving me this opportunity.
